Due to the nature of our business, all paid retainers for private investigation services are non-refundable. These services begin immediately upon receipt of payment, which means time, expertise, and resources are allocated right away. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

All digital services, including background checks, address searches, and verification services, are considered delivered once the report or results have been emailed or made accessible to you. These are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error or received a service that does not align with the order placed, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review each case individually, and notify you via E-Mail.
